Strength and Conditioning
Strength and conditioning programming is a service that we now offer at PEP to help develop athletic qualities for your chosen activity or sport. S&C at PEP is predominantly online based programming of all components related to athletic success, including resistance training, running and sport specific tasks.
This programming will be developed in conjunction with you and your goals, in addition to specific screening and assessment. All programming will be sporty/activity specific and is modified ongoing based on how you are progressing.
All the programming is completed by our Australian Strength and Conditioning Association (ASCA) qualified coaches, with availability for frequent contact throughout the time that you work with us.

The best way to get started is to have read through this page and have some idea of what option you want to go with. You can either book in online at our Belconnen or Brindabella Park clinics or call the clinic to organise an initial appointment to get started.
In your initial appointment we will complete the onboarding process and get you started on the app, with programs beginning from the Monday following your appointment.
